Wake n Travel

  1.  Booking & Payment
    1. All bookings are subject to availability.
    2. A minimum deposit (as specified in the package) is required to confirm the booking.
    3. The full payment must be made before the departure date, unless otherwise agreed.
    4. Wake n Travel reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of non-payment.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    1. Client-Initiated Cancellation:
    2. 30+ days before departure: 80% refund
    3. 15–29 days: 50% refund
    4. Less than 15 days: No refund
    5. Company-Initiated Cancellation:
    6. 100% refund or alternate travel arrangements (client's choice)
    7. Any non-refundable charges by hotels, transport, or activities will be deducted from the refund.
  3. Refund Policy
    1.  Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
    2. Mode of refund will be the same as the mode of payment.
    3. No refund will be given for unused services once the trip begins.
  4. Changes & Amendments
    1. Wake n Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
    2. In case of such changes, equivalent alternatives will be provided.
    3. Any request by the client to alter the itinerary post-booking may incur extra charges.
  5. Travel Insurance
    1. We recommend all travelers to have personal travel insurance.
    2. Wake n Travel is not responsible for any injury, accident, illness, theft, or loss of belongings during the trip.
  6. Health & Safety
    1. Clients must declare any medical conditions at the time of booking.
    2. Wake n Travel is not liable for any health complications arising during the trip.
    3. Participants must follow the guide/leader's instructions at all times for safety.
  7. Responsibility & Liability
    1. Wake n Travel acts only as an agent for transport, accommodation, and activity providers.
    2. We are not liable for any delays, damage, loss, or expenses due to natural calamities, strikes, or other causes beyond our control.
    3. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
  8. Code of Conduct
    1. Misbehavior, harassment, substance abuse, or any activity disturbing other travelers or locals may result in removal from the trip without refund.
    2. Respect local culture, rules, and fellow travelers.
  9. Photographs & Media
    1. Wake n Travel reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes.
    2. If a traveler does not wish to appear, they must inform in writing before the trip.
  10. Jurisdiction
    1. All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
